The Laserscript LS3060 is the smallest of our free-standing PRO machines but still packs a punch when it comes to flexibility and reliability. The standard laser tube offered with this model is 50W and is. Suitable for engraving and cutting a wide range of materials such as paper, card, fabrics, leather, plastics, rubber and wood. It can easily be upgraded to a 60W option (please see our other listings), offering faster cutting speeds and the option to cut thicker materials. The 200mm motorised bed height mechanism provides a convenient means of focus adjustment for larger objects and is ideally suited for the use of rotary devices for engraving cylindrical objects.

The 300mm x 600mm slatted aluminium bed of the LS3060 really starts to prove its worth when the potential for larger materials and increased productivity are realised. We use only the highest quality mirrors and coated lenses in the LS3060, selected and engineered to provide reliability and long-life. A visible red-dot pointer and work area test function provide you with a safe, visual indication of the engraving / cutting area, allowing you to position your materials perfectly every time.

Critical safety features are integrated into the design. The class 1 laser enclosure ensures that the laser beam is safely contained during normal operation making it suitable for the most sensitive of installations including education and public spaces.

With keyed on/off switch, unauthorised access and operation can be prevented. With a typical life expectancy of 1500 working hours the laser tube is easy and economical to replace. All of our CO2 laser machines are configured with the fantastic Ruida controller, offering compatibility with both RD Works and Lightburn software. Separate IP68 submersible pump and 35 litre water tank for water cooling the laser tube. Option for water chiller is available at additional cost. Extraction fan unit and 4 diameter flexible hose - 2 pieces 1500mm long each (to vent to atmosphere).

RD Works software (our machines are also compatible with Lightburn which is available at a small additional cost). Free standing oil-free diaphragm compressor to deliver compressed air to the cutting nozzle. 600 x 300mm work area. Machine dimensions: 1070mm wide x 630mm deep x 1080mm high (570mm high when used as a desktop machine).

Operating system recommended: Windows XP or above. Typical cutting depth 10mm acrylic, 10mm laser plywood and MDF. 50W (60W peak) laser power. Minimum character size 1.5mm by 1.5mm. Typical design software supported: CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 2D Design, Art cut, Auto Cad.

200mm motorised table height adjustment. Red dot pointer system for easily and quickly lining up your work. Anodised aluminium slatted bar worktable (honeycomb beds are also available). Air assist to direct a constant stream of air and control heat. Power supply: regular UK domestic 3 pin plug.

Laser fume filtration system for enclosed spaces where external ventilation is not possible. CW4000 or CW5200 water chiller unit. Lightburn software (compatible with PC and Mac).
