Detailed model of The Kings Island Beast Roller Coaster Laser Engraved & Cut

  
Highly detailed model of The Beast roller coaster train and track. Lap bars can be moved up and down. All parts were engraved and cut with a Boss 65W laser engraver. The train is made from 92 pieces of wood plus 8 wire'axles'. 14 of those make up the mosaic'The Beast' sign on the front. The base / track is made from 7 pieces of wood plus 14 stainless steel screws.

End stop made from 4 pieces. The majority of the material is 6 different colors of finished 1/8 (2.84mm) birch plywood. Wheels, track ties a nd stop are 3/16 (4.62mm) Maple veneered MDF. Felt strips on bottom of track.

Every piece has been wiped down with alcohol to remove laser residue. Assembled with Titebond III exterior grade wood glue.
