Coney Island Cyclone Roller Coaster Model Laser engraved and cut

  

Highly detailed model of the Coney Island Cyclone roller coaster train and track. An American Classic that has endured for over 90 years. This model pays tribute to that design. Lap bars can be moved up and down.

Wheels free spinning, will roll on the track. All parts were engraved and cut with a Boss 65W laser engraver. The train is made from 136 pieces of wood plus 8 wire'axles'. 12 of those make up the mosaic Cyclone sign on the front. The track is made from 7 pieces of wood plus 14 stainless steel truss head screws.

End stop made from 4 pieces. The majority of the material is 6 different colors of finished 1/8 (2.84mm) birch plywood. Wheels, track ties a nd stop are 3/16 (4.62mm) Maple veneered MDF. Felt strips on bottom of track.

This is a unique item crafted with pride. The detail and degree of difficulty of this model is apparent. Every piece wiped down with alcohol to remove laser residue. Then assembled with Titebond III exterior grade wood glue. 11 pictures are of the actual item(s) for sale.

Measurements are shown in the 11th photo. The last shows other versions. Professional packing to insure safe arrival. Looks perfect in display of our museum out here in the Washington State area. OMG --- it is beautiful.
